Corporate Chef- Culinary Director, Don Walker
Currently Corporate Chef for the Grafton Connor Group of companies. Don has been cooking for over 20 years. Prior to his current position Don was the Corporate Chef for Atlantic Superstores, where he developed and managed the Cooking School Program as well as being a key member of the Marketing and Advertising department.
Don received his training locally under the tutelage of Chef Maurizio Bertossi and was the Chef of the highly acclaimed Il Mercato Restaurant. During this time Don attended the Culinary Institute of America and received his Cooks Interprovincial Red Seal.
Don is an active member of the Nova Scotia Association of Chefs and Cooks and the Canadian Culinary Federation and has recently held Vice-President Positions in both organizations.
